Advance Personal Care includes around-the-clock care for our clients that are fall-risks or who are not able to care for themselves adequately. We also provide Private Pay care for those clients outside of the state's system.
LPN/RN VISIT
COORDINATE HOME SERVICES
We contract with the best and brightest LPN's, CNA's and RN's to visit your loved ones at their residences; assist with medicine dispensation; track vitals and make recommendations in case of emergencies. Similar to the house calls that were once a fixture in communities across the country, La Wings Home Health Care II ensures quality of care with a personal touch!
Advocacy is the key to ensuring a stable environment, one where all that is needed is readily available. La Wings Home Health Care II can coordinate home services by helping to determine qualifications, assisting clients to transfer between, enter or exit services and with our resources we are able to provide referrals and recommendations based on individual need. We've helped many clients get the assistance they need in order to fulfill our obligations as care givers.
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES
Personal care for loved ones is essential to their well-being. Through Consumer Directed Services (CDS), family members can take care of their loved ones' personal needs, including bathing, cleaning, and meal preparation. To find out more about how to qualify for CDS, click here.
